概述

正八字（以下简称"本应用"）是一款基于中国传统命理学的八字排盘与运势分析工具（Android 应用，包名 com.bz.bazi）。我们尊重并保护您的个人隐私，本隐私政策说明我们如何收集、使用、存储和保护您的个人信息。

使用本应用即表示您已阅读并同意本隐私政策。如果您不同意本政策的任何条款，请停止使用本应用。

特别声明（命理工具免责）

• 本应用的分析结果不构成任何医疗、法律、金融、婚姻或其他专业决策建议。
• 命理学属于传统文化范畴，其理论未经现代科学验证，分析结果不具有确定性和必然性。
• 用户不应仅依据本应用的分析结果做出人生重大决策（包括但不限于择业、婚恋、投资、就医等）。
• 对于因用户依赖本应用分析结果而做出的任何决策及其后果，本应用及其开发者不承担任何法律责任。
• 本应用不提供任何形式的"算命"、"改运"、"化煞"等迷信服务，不收取任何相关费用。

信息收集

1. 您主动提供的信息

• 出生日期、出生时辰（用于八字排盘计算）
• 性别（用于区分阴阳排盘方向）
• 出生地点（用于真太阳时校准，仅使用经度信息）
• 昵称/备注（用于命例标识管理）
• 您在「姓名分析」等功能中输入的中文姓名（仅用于该功能的本地展示与计算；可选地保存在本地的姓名历史列表中，您可在应用内清除）

1.1 应用偏好与设置

您选择的界面语言、外观主题等设置，仅以应用偏好形式保存在本设备本地（如 Android DataStore），用于改善使用体验，不会上传至服务器。

2. 本地计算声明

所有八字排盘计算均在您的设备本地完成，您输入的出生时间、地点等个人信息不会上传至任何服务器。

3. 我们不收集的信息

• 我们不收集您的法定身份证件上的姓名、身份证号等身份信息（您在功能中自愿输入的昵称、分析用姓名除外，且均仅存本地）
• 我们不收集您的手机号码、邮箱地址
• 我们不收集您的通讯录、短信、通话记录
• 我们不收集您的照片、视频等多媒体文件（除您主动保存截图至相册外，本应用不读取相册内容）
• 我们不收集您的精确地理位置（GPS坐标）
• 我们不收集设备传感器数据
• 我们不以自有业务为目的收集 IMEI、OAID 等设备标识用于用户画像；广告相关标识见下文「广告与第三方 SDK」

信息使用

您提供的信息仅用于以下用途：

• 计算八字四柱命盘（本地计算）
• 生成命理分析报告（本地生成）
• 提供每日/流年/流月运势参考（本地计算）
• 进行合盘分析（本地计算）
• 姓名相关功能的展示与结果生成（本地计算）

我们不会将您输入的出生信息、命盘、姓名用于广告推送或出售。广告由 Google AdMob 投放，其处理的数据见下文。

广告与第三方 SDK

本应用集成 Google AdMob（开屏广告、插页式广告、原生高级广告），用于维持应用免费使用。广告展示需要联网。

• Google 可能收集或使用广告 ID、大致位置（通常由 IP 推断）、设备与应用互动（如广告展示与点击）等信息，用于广告投放、衡量与反作弊。
• 上述数据由 Google 及其广告合作方处理，可能跨境传输。详见 Google 隐私政策 与 AdMob 政策。
• 出生日期、命盘、姓名等命理数据仍只保存在本机，不会上传至我们的服务器，也不会提供给 AdMob 用于定向。
• 您可在系统设置中重置或关闭广告 ID，以限制个性化广告。欧洲经济区、英国、瑞士用户将通过 Google UMP 征求同意后再加载广告。

信息存储与安全

• 所有命例数据仅保存在您的设备本地数据库中。
• 卸载应用将永久删除所有本地存储的命例数据。
• 本应用不设置用户账号系统，无需注册登录。
• 本应用集成 Google AdMob 广告 SDK；Android Jetpack（含 Room 等）为官方开发组件，不向开发者回传您的命盘、姓名等个人信息。

跨境与共享

您输入的出生信息、命盘、姓名不会被我们传输至境外或出售。广告 SDK（Google AdMob）为实现广告投放，可能将广告 ID 等数据交由 Google 处理（可能跨境），详见「广告与第三方 SDK」。仅在法律法规规定或司法机关依法提出要求时，我们可能依法配合提供本地依法应提供的信息。

权限使用说明

• 网络（INTERNET）：用于加载 Google 广告及征求广告同意。排盘计算本身不依赖网络。
• 存储 / 相册相关权限：仅在您主动保存命盘截图至系统相册时使用。在较新的 Android 版本上，可能通过系统提供的媒体接口保存图片而无需「读写手机存储」权限；在较低系统版本上，可能申请存储权限以实现同一目的。

本应用不申请定位、通讯录、相机（拍照）、麦克风等与当前功能无关的敏感权限。

您的权利

• 您可在应用内查看、编辑、删除已保存的命盘及姓名历史等本地数据。
• 您可通过卸载应用或系统设置中清除应用数据，删除全部本地个人信息。
• 您可通过本政策末尾联系方式，就个人信息处理相关问题进行咨询；我们将在15 个工作日内答复（法律法规另有规定的除外）。

未成年人保护

本应用不针对未成年人提供服务。我们建议未满18周岁的用户在父母或监护人的指导下使用本应用。命理分析结果具有不确定性，未成年人应当理性看待。

政策更新

本隐私政策可能不定期更新。更新后的政策将在应用内公布，继续使用本应用即视为接受更新后的政策。

适用法律

如您位于中华人民共和国境内，本政策的订立、效力、解释及争议解决适用中华人民共和国法律，并符合《中华人民共和国个人信息保护法》《中华人民共和国网络安全法》《中华人民共和国数据安全法》等相关规定中适用于移动应用程序处理个人信息的要求。

資訊收集

未成年人保護

本應用不針對未成年人提供服務。我們建議未滿18週歲的使用者在父母或監護人的指導下使用本應用。命理分析結果具有不確定性，未成年人應當理性看待。

政策更新

本隱私政策可能不定期更新。更新後的政策將在應用內公佈，繼續使用本應用即視為接受更新後的政策。

適用法律

如您位於中華人民共和國境內，本政策的訂立、效力、解釋及爭議解決適用中華人民共和國法律，並符合《中華人民共和國個人資訊保護法》《中華人民共和國網路安全法》《中華人民共和國資料安全法》等相關規定中適用於移動應用程式處理個人資訊的要求。

Zheng Ba Zi (hereinafter "the App") is a BaZi (Chinese Four Pillars of Destiny) charting and fortune analysis tool based on traditional Chinese metaphysics (Android package: com.bz.bazi). We respect and protect your personal privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information.

By using the App, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any terms, please stop using the App.

Special Disclaimer (Divination Tool)

• Analysis results from this App do not constitute any medical, legal, financial, marital, or other professional advice.
• Chinese metaphysics is a traditional cultural practice; its theories have not been scientifically verified. Analysis results are not deterministic or inevitable.
• Users should not make major life decisions (including but not limited to career choices, relationships, investments, or medical decisions) based solely on this App's analysis.
• The App and its developers assume no legal liability for any decisions or consequences resulting from reliance on this App's analysis.
• This App does not provide any "fortune-telling services," "luck-changing rituals," or other superstitious services, and charges no fees for such activities.
• Users experiencing genuine concerns regarding mental health, relationships, or career planning should seek qualified professional assistance.

Information Collection

1. Information You Provide

• Date and time of birth (for BaZi chart calculation)
• Gender (for determining Yin/Yang luck direction)
• Place of birth (for True Solar Time adjustment, only longitude is used)
• Nickname/notes (for chart identification)
• Chinese names you enter in features such as Name Analysis (used only for on-device display and calculation; may optionally be kept in a local name history list, which you can clear in the App)

1.1 App preferences

Your selected display language, appearance theme, and similar settings are stored only on your device (e.g., Android DataStore) to improve your experience and are not uploaded to any server.

2. Local Computation Declaration

All BaZi calculations are performed entirely on your device. Your birth date, time, location, and other personal information are never uploaded to any server.

3. Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect your legal full name or ID number as shown on government-issued ID (nicknames and names you voluntarily enter for features are excluded and remain local only)
• We do not collect your phone number or email address
• We do not collect your contacts, SMS, or call history
• We do not collect your photos, videos, or media files (except when you actively save a screenshot to the gallery; the App does not read your gallery)
• We do not collect your precise geographic location (GPS coordinates)
• We do not collect device sensor data
• We do not collect IMEI, OAID, or similar identifiers for our own profiling. Advertising identifiers are described under “Advertising and Third-Party SDKs”.

Information Usage

The information you provide is used exclusively for:

• Calculating BaZi Four Pillars chart (locally computed)
• Generating destiny analysis reports (locally generated)
• Providing daily/yearly/monthly fortune references (locally computed)
• Performing compatibility analysis (locally computed)
• Display and results for name-related features (locally computed)

We do not use your birth details, charts, or names for advertising or sale. Ads are served by Google AdMob; see below for data AdMob may process.

Advertising and Third-Party SDKs

The App integrates Google AdMob (app open, interstitial, and native ads) so the App can remain free. Serving ads requires a network connection.

• Google may collect or use the Advertising ID, approximate location (typically inferred from IP), and app activity (such as ad impressions and clicks) for advertising, measurement, and fraud prevention.
• That data is processed by Google and its advertising partners and may be transferred across borders. See the Google Privacy Policy and AdMob policies.
• Birth dates, charts, and names stay on your device. They are not uploaded to our servers and are not provided to AdMob for targeting.
• You can reset or opt out of the Advertising ID in system settings. Users in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland will see Google’s UMP consent form before ads load.

Data Storage & Security

• All chart data is stored exclusively in the local database on your device.
• Uninstalling the App will permanently delete all locally stored chart data.
• The App does not have a user account system — no registration or login required.
• The App integrates the Google AdMob SDK. Android Jetpack components (including Room) are official development libraries and do not transmit your chart or name data to the developer.

Cross-Border Transfer & Sharing

Birth details, charts, and names are not transferred by us overseas or sold. The AdMob SDK may send advertising identifiers to Google (which may process data across borders). See “Advertising and Third-Party SDKs”. We may disclose information where required by law.

Permissions

• Internet: Used to load Google ads and request ad consent. BaZi calculations themselves do not require a network.
• Storage / media access: Used only when you actively save a chart screenshot to the system gallery. On newer Android versions, images may be saved via system media APIs without legacy “read/write external storage”; on older versions, storage permission may be requested for the same purpose.

The App does not request location, contacts, camera (capture), microphone, or other sensitive permissions unrelated to current features.

Your Rights

• You may view, edit, and delete locally stored charts and name history in the App.
• You may delete all local personal information by uninstalling the App or clearing app data in system settings.
• You may contact us using the details below; we will respond within 15 business days where applicable laws allow.

Children's Protection

The App is not designed for users under the age of 18. We recommend that minors use the App under parental guidance. Fortune analysis results are inherently uncertain, and minors should view them rationally.

Policy Updates

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Updated policies will be published within the App. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

Governing Law

If you are located in mainland China, this Policy is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, including requirements applicable to mobile apps under the Personal Information Protection Law, Cybersecurity Law, and Data Security Law, where relevant. Users in other regions may also have rights under local laws.
